Scholarships for Post-Graduate-PhD is offering from The University of Melbourne

 

One of the most popular destinations for international students, Australia has a wide range of scholarship opportunities in the country. A large number of Bangladeshi students are studying in Australia with these government and private scholarships. Different universities have their own scholarships. One such scholarship offered by the University of Melbourne is the 'Graduate Research Scholarship'.

Under this scholarship, the University of Melbourne in Australia is offering international students the opportunity to study for Masters and PhD completely free of cost. Students from any country including Bangladesh can apply for this scholarship. Last date of application is 31st October, 2024.

The University of Melbourne is a public research university located in Melbourne, Australia, established in 1853. It is the second oldest university in Australia and the oldest university in Victoria. Its main campus is located in Parkville.

Number of scholarships:

600 scholarships will be awarded under the University of Melbourne Graduate Research Scholarships. The scholarships are open to domestic and international students.


Facilities:


  •  Will pay full tuition fees.
  • Will pay $37,000 (about Tk 4 million in Bangladeshi Taka) per year as housing allowance.
  • Will provide 3000 dollars (about 3.5 lakhs in Bangladeshi Taka) as transfer grant to international students.
  •  Will provide health insurance


Qualifications:

  1.  Applicants must be selected for an undergraduate or PhD in research degree at the University of Melbourne.
  2.  Graduation for Masters and Post Graduation for Ph.D.
  3.  Academic results should be good.
  4.  Should be proficient in English language.
  5.  This scholarship is open to students of all nationalities.


Application Process:

Applicants applying for a research degree for either a Bachelor's or PhD after being selected for a Graduate Research course at the University of Melbourne will automatically be considered for a Graduate Research Scholarship.
